NC DMA June 2008 Update
Direct-enrolled
mental health practitioners who provide services to a Community Care of North
Carolina/Carolina ACCESS (CCNC/CA) enrollees under the age of 21 years must
have a referral from the CCNC/CA primary care provider, a Medicaid-enrolled
psychiatrist or the Local Management Entity (LME).
