Abstract:

Hear the experiences and insights from a professional therapist who is "differently-abled" herself. This class will help you to understand the significant therapeutic issues for disabled adult clients and the psychological ramifications of adults dealing with disability.

 

Bio of Presenter: Virginia Oman is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been living with Multiple Sclerosis for 30 years. She has specialty knowledge of the psychology of prejudice and it's long term effects.
