Speaker: Tom Murray, Ph.D.

Description: Dr. Murray will present on his publication, The Other Side of Psychopharmacology, which emphasizes the disconfirming literature regarding the safety, efficacy, and fundamental assumptions of psychopharmacology.

About the Presenter: Tom Murray, Ph.D., is the Director of Counseling and Disability Services at the North Carolina School of the Arts. Dr. Murray’s credentials include Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Board Certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Dr. Murray has published articles for the Journal of College Student Psychotherapy, Journal of Mental Health Counseling, Journal of Marriage and Family Therapy, and others.
