Description: CHANGE: We know it’s inevitable. We know it’s why clients seek us out. What does the way we handle change say about us as humans, employees, friends, and professionals? More importantly, what do we expect from our clients in this area? We will discuss this topic on different levels (personal, relational, and organizational) as we learn to examine our responses to this inevitable part of our lives. Just how many counselors does it take to change a light bulb?

About the Presenter: Terri Maria Merritt, M.Ed., LPC, LCAS, ACS, has worked in community corrections for over 30 years. She was employed as a drug and mental health specialist, as well as a supervisor, and she has conducted training seminars across the United States. She has a private counseling practice and continues to train and consult. She also works as a mitigation specialist for the Center for Death Penalty Litigation.

RSVP: Please contact Shannon Warden, , by Wednesday, August 27, to ask questions or confirm attendance. Please consider bringing a non-member LPC to hear about our association!
