Description: Discussion and experiential exercises illustrate how clinicians can help clients with PTSD benefit from elements of the new and evolving field of energy psychology. Exercises are selected from meridian based, energy-center based and biofield practices. http://www.energyhealing.net/

About the Presenter: Dr. Peterson is a psychiatrist in private practice at the Southeast institute for Group and Family Therapy in Chapel Hill. He is an instructor in chronic complex trauma for the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation and certification trainer in energy psychology for the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology. He is author of Energy Healing in Psychotherapy: a clinician’s desktop handbook (2006).
