Description:
Being a first time mom can be a fun, rewarding
and life changing experience. It can also bring on
stress, anxiety, and overwhelming feelings that you
may have never experienced before. Come join us for
a presentation on working with new mothers through
the roller coaster of emotions, the challenges of
expectations versus the reality, and the changes in
relationships. This group will also focus on teaching
new moms effective coping and relaxation skills.
