Licensed Professional Counselors Supervisors - Earn the 10 hours you need for your license renewal by taking this course.

 

 

This course is for current LPCS to earn the 10-credits needed to renew their Supervisor license.

There will be a homework assignment due prior to the training, which will be required to earn the full 10-hours.

Seating is limited - don't wait! There are only 16 seats for this training!

Lunch and breaks will be included in your registration fee.


Abstract:

Being a supervisor is a large responsibility that presents with layers of complexity.  It is to the benefit of the counseling community, that training and education is available that supports the delivery of efficient supervisory techniques.  This training is designed to dig through the layers and pull out details that will lead to the individuals in the counseling profession increasing awareness and insight around themselves, supervisees and subsequently the clients.

Objectives:

1.     Increase in understanding of the supervisory relationship

2.     Increasing insight to one’s on self-care and establishing a plan to address this.

3.     Ethical challenges and understanding influence and impact that values have on ethical challenges.

4.     Developing patterns to increase success and decrease liability in the supervisor and supervisee interaction.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled on or before May 14, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. If cancelled on or after May 15 and your seat can be re-sold, you will receive a full refund, minus $25 administration fee. If your seat cannot be re-sold, and you cancel after May 15, there will be no refund.
