CALL FOR 2009-2010 LPCANC BOARD NOMINATIONS

Dear LPCANC Colleagues:

• Do you feel the passion about being a LPC and a part of the counseling profession?
• Have you ever wondered how LPCANC has moved our profession into the forefront of mental health professions in North Carolina?
• Do you have talents and skills to lend to the most active counseling association for LPCs in our state?

Show your commitment to the value of LPCANC and help to shape its future! Each year we elect six Board members and the current President will appoint no more than six members to serve on the LPCANC Board from October 2009 - September 2010; certain office positions require a longer commitment.

Board work is rewarding and energizing and earns you 10 contact hours of Leadership toward your license renewal. Our board is responsible for the direction and operation of our dynamic counseling association and meets approximately 6 times annually, typically on a Saturday, at various parts of the state.

You may nominate yourself or someone else. Nominating candidates for office is a valuable service to the Association.
