Members: Login before attempting to register, so you receive the member discount.

Non-Members: If you are not yet a member of LPCANC, we recommend you join for the savings you receive on your conference registration. Click here to join before you register!

If you choose not to join at this time, you will still need to have a non-member record before you register. If you have previously registered for LPCANC events but cannot remember your login, please contact the office at

To set up a record: Simply choose "JOIN" and then choose "Event Attendee" and enter all your contact info. Once finished, you will log-in with the information you just set up, and register. This non-member type will still charge non-member rates; however, this will enable you to receive your certificates in your LPCANC record and to register for future events.

Please use Firefox or Chrome or any other browser but Internet Explorer - the system does not work well with Explorer, and you may encounter an error when you try to submit your registration.

Please Note: Don't forget to select the general sessions, so you get credits!

  • Friday:Keynote address, Legislative Update at lunch and the President's Reception in the evening, and on Friday
  • Saturday: LPCANC Annual Meeting
  • Friday & Saturday Morning: Wake Up Sessions at 7am - 7:45.

In order to receive a certificate for any of these events, you MUST register for them on the Session form. If you are registering for that day, there is no additional charge for these events, as they are included in your registration fee.

Special Credentialing Courses Being Offered at 2016 Conference!

DCC - Distance Counseling Training -  15 hours (Thursday afternoon and Friday & Saturday during all concurrent sessions)

CCMC - Certified Clinical Military Counselor - 6 hours In-person (Thursday - all day)

Silent Auction Items Needed

Another opportunity to support the LPCANC Scholarship Fund is to donate something for our Silent Auction; the item can be anything from books to services, such as gift baskets, books you’ve authored or have enjoyed, pottery you have made or purchased, time shares, a service you provide or attics you've clean out—anything that you think others may find useful, interesting or of value. Do you have a time-share or vacation home? Perhaps you might want to donate a week or weekend!

The Silent Auction is being managed by Region 6!  Please contact to make arrangements for delivery of the item.


Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled on or before September 30, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. If cancelled after September 30 but before October 12, a full refund minus $50 administration fee will be issued. Cancellations after October 12 will receive a 75% refund.
