The LPC/S: Personal Myths vs. Supervision Realities
This 10-hour supervision workshop is designed to 1) increase the LPC/S's self-awareness, 2) emphasize the need for proactive self-care, and 3) build positive peer support connections. Learning will be through experiential exercises and group processing focused on the role of one's personal “myths”/“realities” and the dynamics of the supervisor/supervisee relationship. Discussion of introspective homework assignments will be central to defining one's individualized style as a supervisor. The workshop process focus: “None of us is as intentionally aware as all of us together.”
Limited to 18 participants. Early registration is essential. Important details will be emailed to participants 10 days before the workshop.
