More Information
I have counseling experience in end of life care, and mental health. The combination of these areas has helped to develop my foundation in grief and trauma work. While working with dying and grieving people of all ages, I have also gained extensive experience in assisting them with complicating factors such as depression and anxiety, as well as many other behavioral health concerns. I am comfortable serving children, adolescents and adults who desire mental health counseling. My approach to counseling incorporates several different theories such as family systems and attachment, however my primary approach is based on cognitive behavioral therapy.
